General terms and conditions of sale (GTCS)

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made by Altura  via our website.
2. Products
Altura offers beauty accessories and useful accessories for everyday life. Product photos are not contractual and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Orders
Orders are placed via our website. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Altura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is secure and can be made by credit card or any other means offered on the site.
5. Delivery
Products are sent to the address indicated when the order was placed. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
6. Right of return
You have the right to return any unused product within 14 days of receiving your order. The cost of returning the product is at the customer's expense.
7. Liability
Altura cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase of products on our site.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. The applicable law is French law and the competent court is that of Paris.
